These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of beatriceschneider.com (the "Site"), operated by Tee Schneider on behalf of Beatrice Schneider ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About this Site

The Site is a professional portfolio and information resource about the actor Beatrice Schneider, including press, credits, media, and a members-only area containing exclusive content. The Site is informational and promotional in nature.

2. Eligibility and member accounts

Some content is available only to registered members. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information (a valid email address and a password).

Trademarks, film titles, and network names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only.

4. Member content and embargoed works

Member-only films and media are provided for private viewing by authorized members only. By accessing them you agree not to download, copy, share, screen-capture, or otherwise distribute them, and to respect any festival, distributor, or rights-holder restrictions that apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure.

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (for example, press publications, YouTube, and Vimeo). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tee Schneider, Beatrice Schneider, and our representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or its content.

10. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, except where applicable consumer-protection law entitles you to bring a claim in your place of residence.
